Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in New Smyrna Beach

Had a wonderful time at this home. Very peaceful surroundings. We really enjoyed all the space and interacting with the animals (the cows were a hit with my youngest who named them Timothy, Gerald, and Albert lol). The pool was a big hit as well. Barbara was very kind and responsive - overall great get-away!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was really clean. We were happy to find a place that was dog friendly. They had a big yard to run around it. The place was only five minutes from the wedding we were attending. We would definitely stay here again. New Smyrna is a fun little place to visit.

I LOVED staying here!! Nejma was so kind and very helpful with anything we needed!! The little apartment (unit 1) was perfect for two people and was very clean!! It didn’t bother me or my friend since we’re heavy sleepers, but you will hear some road noise. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll def be staying here again!!

Last minute booking, Luckily Jamie was willing to accommodate. Very clean, well organized. Great suggestions for food spots. Highly recommend this host for any travelers passing through

I don’t want to write this review because I want to be able to return all the time! Katherine was a WONDERFUL host! The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. She has thought of everything, down to providing just about anything you can think that you might forget to pack. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

This beach front condo was fantastic! Beautifully decorated with a beach theme! The sun rises were breath taking & memorable! Michael & Stacy were very communicative & responsive with any questions and or directions. The beds were very comfortable and the glass table with shells and sand made this into a beach paradise! This was my first Airbnb rental and we had a great experience from start to check-out! This property is a Gem! We'll be back!

Perfect for our last-minute stay after an exhausting week at Disney. Host is super fast to reply to messages, which came in handy when the door lock didn’t work at first with our customized code (some sort of glitch when it was reset for our stay.) She replied almost immediately & was able to unlock the door for us from her phone so we could get inside right away, & she corrected the issue quickly. This place is steps away from the pool right outside the back sliding glass doors, and the beach is right in front of that. The beach was not crowded at all when we went (beginning of June). The condo had everything we needed & was comfortable enough that we didn’t go anywhere but the beach or pool all week!

The unit was nice and the side view of the ocean was good with facing the restaurant next door and road was a bit noisy but overall it was a good experience, the unit was clean and cozy. The customer service was good and very communicative. We hope to return soon.

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.
