Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in New Smyrna Beach

Great location, less that 10 minutes to Walmart. We drove the golf cart from the house to Flagler and the beach, and it was less than a 10-minute drive. They have a large privacy gate at the drive that helps with privacy if that's a concern. Beautiful place, great location with easy access to everything. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Our kids loved the pool and we were close to everything! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our families with little kids and the location was equally as good. Easy to get wherever we needed to go and very walkable to Flagler Ave.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

The house was huge and so was the backyard. The game room was really cool as well. lots of kitchen equipment and everything you need is there as if you’re in your own home.

Everything was great. The place was clean everything that was there was available. The only thing I was upset about was the towels that he had after we used them they sort of kind of stunk so we have to go out and buy our own towels, but other than that, the place was amazing. It was close for what we needed it. The bed was comfortable

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

Perfect spot to stay in NSB. We loved the balcony! Very clean and cozy. Comfortable beds! Easy walk across the street to the beach, and the provided beach chairs and cooler were so helpful. Also loved the extra hallway and closet space before the bathroom to tuck some of our things away. The building and pool were great as well! We would love to stay here again in the future!

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

I LOVED staying here!! Nejma was so kind and very helpful with anything we needed!! The little apartment (unit 1) was perfect for two people and was very clean!! It didn’t bother me or my friend since we’re heavy sleepers, but you will hear some road noise. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll def be staying here again!!

I don’t want to write this review because I want to be able to return all the time! Katherine was a WONDERFUL host! The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. She has thought of everything, down to providing just about anything you can think that you might forget to pack. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

This beach front condo was fantastic! Beautifully decorated with a beach theme! The sun rises were breath taking & memorable! Michael & Stacy were very communicative & responsive with any questions and or directions. The beds were very comfortable and the glass table with shells and sand made this into a beach paradise! This was my first Airbnb rental and we had a great experience from start to check-out! This property is a Gem! We'll be back!

Perfect for our last-minute stay after an exhausting week at Disney. Host is super fast to reply to messages, which came in handy when the door lock didn’t work at first with our customized code (some sort of glitch when it was reset for our stay.) She replied almost immediately & was able to unlock the door for us from her phone so we could get inside right away, & she corrected the issue quickly. This place is steps away from the pool right outside the back sliding glass doors, and the beach is right in front of that. The beach was not crowded at all when we went (beginning of June). The condo had everything we needed & was comfortable enough that we didn’t go anywhere but the beach or pool all week!

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!

Clean, pool and beach access were nice, and management on site of the location were helpful about the tiny parking situation we had.

The unit was nice and the side view of the ocean was good with facing the restaurant next door and road was a bit noisy but overall it was a good experience, the unit was clean and cozy. The customer service was good and very communicative. We hope to return soon.
