It is honestly such a thoughtfully designed and put together place, and I felt my stress dissolve the moment I arrived. Michelle is such a kind host & I am so grateful I’ve been lucky enough to stay at this amazing place. Thank you Michelle, from the bottom of my heart 💕

What a stunning location., located straight next to one of the best urban walkways in the country. Hosts were great so friendly loved Lou the dog she was so lovely too. the views keep you entertained for the whole.time, no TV was needed at all we will definitely be back

Such a relaxing stay. Hot tub was a perfect place to unwind and watch the stars. Very peaceful and private! The place has very thing you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. Would recommend to anyone! We are excited to visit again :)

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the cottage. It was so cosy and everything had been thought of - comfortable bed, skylight for stargazing, outdoor bath and even slippers. We appreciated all the baby items that were set up and the toys and books. It’s in a great location and a short drive to so many great walks and scenic spots. Thank you Sean & Jana for creating such a special place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the KatiKati Kiwifruit Cottage. It's always great to explore regional areas, particularly when travelling overseas & it was a breakaway from traditional hotels which can all become very same/same. Thank you, Christine & Fred for welcoming us into your space.

What an incredible stay. A spectacular view of the water but up in the peace and quiet of the trees. Great facilities and a spa which was already hot when we arrived. To top it off a car to use for the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

Clare’s place was fantastic. So so well appointed with everything you could possibly need - it was so well considered. The location was stunning and perfect for a chilled cosy weekend in front of the log burner. Instructions for check in and the house itself were super easy to follow and Clare was brilliant for communication. Highly recommend adding on the spa pool for a relaxing soak overlooking a gorgeous view.

We had a great stay at Nicolette’s place, the view was amazing and it was so nice sitting in the hot tub looking at that view! I’d recommend a walk in Atiu Regional Park which is a 5 minute drive away - it has the same stunning views you can see from the property. Nicolette was very responsive and because nobody was checking in the next day kindly let us check out a little bit later We’d definitely stay again

Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay. Gayle was friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Loved the view and we had everything we needed. Tucked away with the feeling of being remote but actually just up the road from the Marina. Would happily stay again.

We loved the dinner by Gina. Our stay was short but we enjoyed the cottage and the farm animals.

Kia ora Josie and Graeme, It has been a very healing moment this stay here at Baylys Beach. We live at Maketū Beach, where we see the sun rise and set each day so the bach felt right at home! So many special extras, thank you for every little well-thought-out detail! Will definitely return in the Springtime. To learn the connection between the Ramsey and Flavell families is special. Beautiful private lodge in the middle of farm and mountains. Husband and me had a great time using the space. lots of firewood and Kindle for fireplace, great kitchen and BBQ. pizza oven didn't seem to catch the wood on fire maybe because of the outside temperature but other then that a stunning air bnb

Great shower pressure, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, grass for the dog. It felt like a real home with lots of basics in case you forgot something. Hard to find the driveway and get up it, but once you've done it once you're good to go. A bit remote from shops, but that's a good thing. It was so peaceful and the views were amazing. Particularly the sunrise.

Amazing place - the bed is truly amazing. Nice and quiet spot , great heat pump and there was simple cereal available plus the pretzels were fantastic. This will be my go to now in Whangarei for work trips

Jan’s place was fantastic. It had all I needed, great wifi, relaxing quiet environment, excellent facilities, beautiful outlook - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jan’s space is very comfortable, has lots of space and offers several options to relax, enjoy the view and peaceful surroundings. Jan’s home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Paihia and I highly recommend her as host. I was delighted with Jan’s wonderful place.

The Cottage was outstanding, it was everything it said it would be and more. It was comfy, private and quiet. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was delightful, we slept wonderfully. The linen was quality and clean. The couch was comfy and perfect for snuggling and watching a movie. Maura was easy to contact and super helpful. We’re so great we spent our first weekend child free at the Cottage, it was perfect. We look forward to coming back.

Lisa's place is highly recommended. What a beautiful cottage, many things that make this stay special. Lisa and Matt are wonderful hosts and we wish we could of stayed longer but NZ has so much to see.

Gorgeous accomodation, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Loved the special touches, was clean and super comfortable.

I loved the earthy rustic feeling at Alethea's Herb Cottage. Just what I needed to ground after travelling. The gardens are beautiful, peaceful with heaps of small bird song. I just blessed out. Herb Cottage is next to a babbling stream which is also very soothing. It's also only a couple of minutes drive down to the small town of Akaroa. Alethea is a lovely host with lots of helpful hints and information about the history of the property. I would love to come back ne day.

We loved our stay! The space was thoughtfully set up, the surroundings were beautiful, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Meeting and learning about the alpacas was an amazing bonus. Wish we had more than just one night!

Fantastic stay, highly recommend. Great spot for a little getaway from the main towns - the cottage and surrounds were so quaint and peaceful.
