Ina’s place was heaven! Everything about the room screams indulgence :) the linens, the little knick knacks, the bathroom- everything was five stars! I would gladly go back and book again in a heartbeat. We rented a car while we were in Queenstown so getting around was not an issue! Thanks Ina for hosting us. Had the most fantastic stay here. The lodge was beautiful, fire on waiting for us after biking the Heaphy. Kitchen with everything you’d ever need and clean bathrooms. Stand out was the hot tub on the beach front with a beautiful starry sky. The gardens and surrounds were super well kept and looked after. Simon was a friendly host with good local recommendations. Couldn’t find a better place to stay! Hope to be back!

We loved our stay at Eric’s. It is a perfect base for exploring Abel Tasman which we did. Sharing the kitchen worked well and we met people from all over the world. It is always lovely to chat to people who also love travelling. There was plenty of space to sit outside and the gardens were beautiful. It did look slightly different to the photos as they were obviously taken a few years ago and lots of the bushes etc have now grown quite a bit but I was still able to recognise it from the photos. Breakfast is plentiful with eggs from Barb’s chickens and lots of options of bread, pastries and cereals. The bed was massive and the shower super powerful! We would definitely recommend and will visit again if we manage to return to NZ!

This is excellent value for money. Having limited WIFI is weird for air bnb, but otherwise is was far more spacious than I expected.

Andrea’s lodge was just perfect. We had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace, nice and tidy room. We felt like home. She gave us some recommendations for the area. There is also a pick for the shuttle bus to the start of the Tongario crossing right in front of the street. Easy to book and close to the start and end. Self laundry with coins available at the reception (if you have none) We can highly recommend this place!!

Love the parking, right next to unit. Thanks for outdoors chairs. Water temp was very hard to regulate. Kitchen well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay after walking up the Pinnacles. It is very spacious and has everything you need.

Fantastic place to stay. Something for people of all ages. Loved the facilities. Wanaka was stunning at this time of year.

Waiorau Homestead was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Our hostess Ann was extremely attentive and made sure we had every thing on hand to ensure a relaxing and peaceful stay. The most comfortable bed and luxurious down comforters and pillows were 5 star quality. Our room was thoughtfully decorated and felt like we were in a Parisian Hotel. A lovely buffet breakfast greeted us each morning which comprised of seasonal fruits, cereals , eggs on toast and croissants followed by freshly brewed coffee. Thank you so much for having us & making our stay perfect.

Beautiful rural location with wonderful views across harbour. Cottage immaculate, well appointed. Pool, spa and games room all clean well presented. Gracious welcoming hosts. One of nicest airbnb we have utilised.

Wonderful guesthouse adjoining the hosts’ main residence. Private and quiet, with a spectacular view down into the bay – photos just don’t do it justice! We opted for the delicious continental breakfast. Kitchen facilities are basic (no cooking) but were adequate for our needs. Hosts Sharon and Andrew were lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Overall a lovely stay.

This is an outstandingly beautiful place to stay. The views are amazing, the pool and the hot tube are clean and inviting, and it is incredibly peaceful. It is a wonderful place to have a barbeque on the deck and eat. The room had some nice touches, like some filter coffee, some museli as well as the usual tea and coffee sachets. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Lori is a lovely person who is very kind, and made sure that we always had what we needed. It is hard to imagine a better place than Lori's, and I totally recommend it to everyone.

If this place is available, book it! My husband and I stayed three nights during our honeymoon and could not get over the majestic views from the window. There are beautiful murals of NZ nature in the sitting room and bathroom that added extra charm. The king bed is very comfortable. The room and communal spaces do not have a true kitchen so as long as you’re not hoping to cook your own meals, this airbnb has it all. We will definitely return next time we visit Queenstown.

Stayed with Jeanette for one night and it was delightful. Herself and her husband were a pleasure to talk to. The place was spotless, private and gorgeous and they made me feel right at home.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The check in was easy and the location was great just a short walk from the main areas of Akaroa. We would recommend staying here!
