Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

The private deck has a gas BBQ, comfy swivel rockers, two chaise lounge chairs and a fire pit. Your shared garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and lots of beach toys.
