Monthly Rentals in Newport Beach

We had a great time staying here! The studio is located right in the downtown area of Newport Beach with the water and lots of restaurants a few steps away! We came for our honeymoon and the studio was the perfect amount of space for two people. The balcony was really nice to have as well! We did wish there was a dresser so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases, but everything else was awesome!

I would definitely stay at Breanna's place again. She was responsive, flexible with check-in time, and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a wonderful stay. The place was spotless, and you could tell it was well taken care of. It was so nice to have full access to all the amenities, especially the gym that my boyfriend and I used practically everyday. The location of the apartment is also convenient because it's close to John Wayne Airport, but you can't hear any planes departing/arriving, and has plenty of surrounding restaurants and things to do nearby.

My stay was a long term one, and I enjoyed every day of it. The location is incredible, a few minutes walking/jogging distance from the Strand shops and the beach off of PCH. Helly and Peter are wonderful people, and were always responsive. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Matt and Anna are the most responsive host and have been very kind and helpful. The house is beautiful with great kitchen equipments and bbq at the rooftop. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful vacation.
