The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

The studio is the G/F end of our house with its own access . Located in the centre of Blisland with a green, church, a shop/post office with cafe & award winning pub, a short stumble away. We are on the edge of Bodmin moor with miles of views, walks & wild ponies, only a mile from the Camel Trail.

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets. Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.
