☆☆ Stylish, contemporary annex in our converted barn. For 1 or 2 adults only. The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

Helston is well placed for visiting popular beaches in south west Cornwall. The annex is attached to our home but with it's own separate entrance and parking. Handy access to A30 to explore Cornwall without getting stuck in town traffic/paying for parking. The annex is attached to our family home but with it's own separate entrance and small private decking area. The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall.

The kitchen/diner space features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning westerly views. A large, wooden dining table seats up to six, positioned to take in the scenery. The floor is made of wooden planks, and plants are placed throughout, adding a natural touch.

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall.

It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
