The Hideaway is a light, modern, one bedroom detached property situated on the edge of the sleepy village of St Newlyn East...yet only 3 miles from the A30 & our local beach, & only 5 miles to the lively bustle of Newquay. The downstairs is open plan. Above is a mezzanine bedroom with a seating area providing wonderful views. The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

Tree Farm Shepherds Hut, near Perranporth

Designed for those who love the great outdoors but like their creature comforts, our shepherds hut is a little slice of luxury with a king size bed, thermostatic heating and en suite shower room. Sited with unspoilt views down a seaward valley guests are welcome to enjoy our 14 acre farm, which includes a wildflower meadow, woodland and a river. An outdoor kitchen, rose garden and an orchard of Cornish apple varieties, complete with free range chickens, are all available for guests to use.

Spindrift is a modern one bedroom apartment on a quiet hill 10 minutes walk from Perranporths many bars, cafes, shops and 3 mile sandy beach. For those who enjoy walking the south west coast path is just a few minutes stroll from this pet friendly property; Walk to St.Agnes to the south or Holywell Bay and Newquay to the north. At the end of the road from the property there is a bus route. Perranporth is a vibrant village boasting a vast beautiful beach with golden sand and good surf.

The Snug

Built brand new for 2019, The Snug is a cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet just 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist alike gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. Or borrow our Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Snug itself is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests. Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.
