Great cottage!! So cosy and cute, we went for a girls weekend to celebrate graduation. The house was great with plenty rooms and the hottub had a cover as it was raining when we were down. Stunning views also of the mournes!!

Francis was a great host, he has everything ready for us before we arrived. The place is gorgeous! The hot tub was the best part along with the private location. We couldn’t have asked for something better. We recommend it 100%

This is simply a delightful place to stay: peaceful, beautiful and with a rare spiritual dimension in that so much of Mike's personality, passions and enthusiasms infuse everything within and without. We felt totally at home and left feeling refreshed and restored in a way seldom experienced before. Indeed, we felt we were departing from a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding countryside was gorgeous- special shoutout to the donkeys! Steph & Michael were wonderful hosts and super helpful. We had lovely trips to Tollymore Forest Park & Carlingford which were both easy to reach. All in all very highly recommended :)

Chris was an amazing host, very responsive and met us on arrival, the home was spotless with everything we needed, we were left to our privacy, would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing night away. This property is a hiddem gem with a stunning garden, We would love to return again.

This was just what we needed. It was complete peace and quiet with beautiful stars. My whole family felt refreshed and we all had a lovely time.

Adrain's house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed having the cows and sheep outside our windows. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Ballyhalbert is a great place for a peaceful stay and a great base to get around that area of Northern Ireland, just bbear in mind that although distances are horrendous every destination takes time to get to. We covered many miles trying to fit as much in as possible. No pubs or restaurants in the village but neighbouring villages have great choices. All in all we had an amazing 5 day stay and would book it again

A lovely presented cottage in the countryside. Great for a holiday when you want to be outside the cities and towns. There are great places to visit from this area both locally and further afield. There are historical areas of interest, beautiful countryside, and even a local micro brewery. If you love poetry visit the Kavanagh centre in Inniskeen. You do need a car to get around but it is worth the effort to get aquainted with the area especially the towns, restaurants and the lovely tea shops. Highly recommended.

Good sized house with comfortable beds and seating. Kitchen was really well equipped and everything there that we needed. The big shower was excellent and lots of towels available. Really close to granite trail and 2min walk away to Harbour Bar.

We had a great stay at Beverley's house. Private parking out the back and a nice private garden area also. Felt like home from home. Has lots near by in terms of amenities and things to see and do. Lovely little restaurant/ cafe a few doors down which is a nice bonus. There are two lounge area's in the house which is a really nice addition. Would recommend this to anyone looking to explore this area.

Couldn't recommend enough. Paul and Dawn kept in touch both before our arrival and while there, not over bearing just checking that we had everything we needed and settled in. Wonderful location , beautiful cottage, well equipped, if I had to give a suggestion it would only be maybe consider a dryer but not a big deal.

Our stay at Mary's cottage was amazing! It's a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. Mary and her daughter were incredibly friendly and provided fantastic local tips, from beautiful hikes to fascinating castles and even a fun maze. We would definitely like to return and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much, Mary!

Quite possibly the best stay I ever had! Ivan and family were so generous and friendly and the place is truly one of a kind. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended!!

Lovely, clean cottage at foot of Mourne Moutains. Very peaceful. Great for walking in Kilbroney Forest park and some lovely little places to eat and drink.

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I've had the pleasure of staying in. Therese and Murphy’s Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was spotless and filled with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Therese was a warm and attentive host- her care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

This was the second time we have stayed here - it was lovely and comfortable, and in a good location!

Beautiful location on a working farm - lovely friendly welcome from Keith and the wee dog poppy. Easy check in and very handy to get into Banbridge - very clean kitchen and living area. Not cold enough to use the wood burner but it would be lovely on a cold winters night. Wood recommend.

This is one of the best places we have stayed! Danielle was very responsive and friendly, but once we were all checked in, we didnt need to ask any questions!. All instructions left were very clear and the place itself had everything you needed for a more than comfortable stay. Absolutely everything! The house was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it. During our stay we visited the Silent Valley (Ben Crom Reservoir)which is only a few mins walk from the house and hiked up Slieve Binnan (6 min drive to our start point -Carrick Little carpark. We would all definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Mournes and will book again in the future to attempt Donnard! A huge thank you to Danielle from all of us ! 🥰😁

We loved the cottage and enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil area around it. Caroline was always on hand to help with any issues and was graceful enough to welcome us in person (even at a very late time of the day) and she allowed us checkout at whatever time we wanted which was an amazing cherry on the top for our stay. I would recommend a stay here 100% and family friendly.

Great weekend. It was the perfect spot for the two of us plus our dog. Really interesting and homely house with absolutely everything you could need and more (There is a lot of interesting artwork and bits and pieces) . We felt right at home and as the weather was good we really enjoyed the large and beautiful garden with various areas to sit and enjoy. Totally enclosed and very sheltered so a real sun trap and perfect for our small dog to run in and out to. YoYo Coffee and Dough about a five minute walk was well worth a visit for take away food and Affogato in the sun. Hope we get to visit again for a bit longer next time!
