Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Apartment 3 is 80m2 with three bedrooms, private bath and kitchen-living room. The apartment is newly renovated in Nordic style with wicker furniture, hearing blankets and exposed beams. Enjoy your meals outdoors at your own picnic table, by the fire, or in our new orangery with a fireplace. Linen is not included but can be rented. Dog is allowed. Birkelund has its own charging stations for electric cars.

Two bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and bath, on the outskirts of Allinge town, right by the water. Exceptional sea views from the rooms. Allinge's attractive beach, Næs, is a 2-minute walk from the house, and the harbour and shopping options are 3 minutes away. 1 minute walk to Nordbornholms Røgeri. Allinge offers a thriving summer life with live music at "The Guest", delicious ice cream at Kalas at the harbour in Sandvig, cocktails at "The Falcon" and gourmet food at "Nordlandet". Holiday house close to sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a resort town of 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a communal swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, communal house, a laundry room, car park, and waste container. All grasslands are shared. There is NO parking at the house. The house can accommodate 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I'm not much for pets, but by appointment, it can be arranged. The beach is about 300m away. The city is located in a forest, with lots of nature.

Cozy old farm in the country

Holiday apartment made in the old farmhouse on a disused farm between Rønne and Hasle. Lovely courtyard that can be closed off so that children can play safely. Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). You can see a playground from the terrace in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people. There is a wood-burning stove. Electricity to be paid for on arrival and on departure.
