The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The blacksmith's residence is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, living room with 2 beds, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.
