Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nguyen Thai Binh

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of Group 1's accommodation is really good. For those who are only going to go to Group 1! However, the process of going up from the entrance of the building to the third floor was very difficult. It smells narrow, dark, and unpleasant… There was a spa washing machine on the first floor, but it was a little difficult because the water spilled out. There is a restaurant on the second floor, and it was a little uncomfortable because he was there all day (a resident), so I encountered him every time I went in and out. Shower sewer does not drain well, and hot water does not come out well. If you care about these details, I don't recommend it!

What a beautiful Airbnb. A spacious studio with all the comforts of home, a comfortable bed and the added benefits of balcony to watch the daily life of the Vietnamese- just loved it. In a great place within walking distance of most sights and some great street food. Would highly recommend this studio and would definitely come back here when next in HMC

That was probably my best stay in Vietnam on my 2.5 months trip. I wasn't expecting a lot from a budget place, but it was super clean, working a/c, comfortable bed, working hot water and great communication. I was also expecting it to be noisy, but there were no issues at all. The building entrance definitely has a vibe. Oh, one thing: the elevator is not working at night, which is pretty confusing. I had to walk on a 5 floor two or three times.

Beautiful, clean home, very suitable for 2 people. The location is very ideal, located in the central area, close to many tourist attractions and eateries. Home is also close to the metro station so it is very convenient if you need to move. Cute, enthusiastic host, always willing to support. It's worth it, I'll be back if I have a chance to book home here 💞

I stayed at Igo House for a month and truly loved every minute of it! The place is super cute, very clean, and the location is unbeatable! The apartment itself is small and simple, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a short trip to the city. For a first-time visit to Saigon, you really can’t beat the location, everything is within walking distance: food, massages, coffee shops, shopping, and even nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and always made sure I had everything I needed, which made the stay even better. It is a bit on the pricey side, and after getting to know Saigon more, you might find areas with more spacious and luxurious options for the same price or even less but for a first-time visit or a short stay, Igo House is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This listing has the perfect location and the host has been very helpful recommending places to visit. There are few things to note, to reach the place you have to walk up the stairs and the place is not pristine clean but it has its charm, spacious, homey, and well decorated. The place is also not soundproof and has plenty of natural light coming in. If you are particular about cleanliness and a light sleeper, maybe consider this. I consider myself one, but really, I could not complain. Clean after yourself, bring earplugs and eyeshade, and you have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us explore Ho Chi Minh.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

A wonderful apartment in a safe & beautiful building. Getting anywhere by grab is so easy and convenient, probably even walkable, but it rained quite a bit when we visited. The view of the city skyline from the big window isn’t even pictured, so that was an amazing surprise upon arrival. My Hanh helped us with our luggage storage even after check-in and was a great host, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
