Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nicaragua

Nos alojamos yo y mi familia por 1 noche ya que buscábamos relajarnos, y no nos decepcionamos. La playa súper agradable y enfrente de la casa, se hacían piscinas naturales por las rocas, la casa súper bien acomodada y la cuidadora súper atenta. Nos fascinó a mi y a mis hijos, definitivamente recomiendo y volveremos definitivamente en nuestras vacaciones.

Residencia muy linda, silenciosa sin duda un buen lugar para pasar en familia en tranquilidad. El hospedaje muy lujoso, limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y proactivo. Sin duda volveremos!😊✨️

Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

The place was lovely. I have traveled to several places in the Americas, the Caribbean, Africa, South Pacific, Asia, etc., and Patricia has been, by far, the best host ever! Ich habe mich im Salitre sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich durfte sogar meine Sachen vor dem Check-In in den Kühlschrank stellen. Das Haus ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und verfügt über alles,was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten Gehweg.Toll fand ich,dass ich meinen kleinen Hund unkompliziert mitbringen durfte.Die Verwalter kümmern sich herzlich.Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gern wieder ins Salitre...

¡Una experiencia increíble en Playa Maderas! El lugar es muy bonito, rodeado de naturaleza y con una vista espectacular. La cabina estaba impecable, muy bonita y cómoda, perfecta para descansar. La piscina es excelente y se disfruta muchísimo, sobre todo al atardecer. El host fue muy amigable y siempre atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. La atención en general fue de primera. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

The apartment is big, beautiful spaces, very clean, and equipped with more than we need . we usually sleep in places who only has air conditioning, however we didint feel any probloem here, if you open the windows, its ok. nice wind coming in however , there is noise from the road early in the morning

Martin is a superb host. Very responsive, nice, and accommodating of any need - such a nice person that makes you feel like your stay is the most important thing. The place is amazing. It's small and cozy, with good airflow and AC at hot times. There is a great garden with a big tree for shade, comfortable beach chairs, a hammock, and a shower. The water is 20 meters from the door, and it's a short 15-minute walk to Bigginers Bay and Santana and 2-5 minutes from several restaurants and a grocery shop. We came by car with a toddler and enjoyed the time. It is great for surfers who want to surf the area, beginners who want to learn in the beginners' bay, and people who want to stay in front of the water in a relaxing place.

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, konnten gut abschalten von dem stressigen Alltag mitten in der Natur und doch mitten im Leben von den Einheimischen. So lernt man die Kultur am besten. Zum Strand sind es nur paar Minuten, und zum unsere Frühstück Lokal (BlackPlaya) auch, ist noch leider nicht auf Google maps vermerkt aber es lohnt sich. Morgens wird man von Sonnenaufgang und Vögel zwitschern geweckt, sowie es kann sein das auch ne Kuh oder Pferde plötzlich da stehen :) Für uns war es eine tolle Abwechslung um Ruhe zu genießen. Danke:) Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter.

Todo muy bien, las cabañas estaban muy bonitas y el personal fue muy atento en especial Franklin. Lo único que cambiaría es la cena porque sentí que le faltó algo pero de ahí todo perfecto.

Excelente lugar nos encantó mucha vegetación, muy tranquilo jaasiel es muy amable y esta al pendiente se pone a disposición, el guardia Manuel muy atento esta al pendiente te recibe y te da indicaciones muy bien, mi familia y yo estamos muy agradecidos esperamos volver pronto.

La cabaña es realmente hermosa, rodeada de naturaleza y diseño muy acogedor. Tenía grandes ventanas que dejaban entrar la luz y vistas muy lindas de los árboles. El espacio exterior era perfecto para disfrutar de la fogata por la noche, creando un ambiente muy bonito. Sin duda, un lugar encantador para desconectarse y realizar nuestra celebración.

The accommodation was even better than on the photos. It’s a very quiet and private place right next to the lake. Adyana is such a lovely and kind person, she was very helpful in terms of organising tours, drivers and everything around the island. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

a place like this is not for everybody but if it is your thing then you will have one of the most memorable stays in the country this accommodation is not easy to find or get to but once you get here you will have an amazing experience. from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt very much at home here dealings hospitality and smile make you feel instantly at home and it was some of the best home cooked typical food I've had in the country. As was the onsite locally produced coffee. I normally hate Gallo Pinto but the beans and rice here was incredible. incredible value will definitely return here once again hopefully again with my motorcycle. Thankyoy deyling.

Lovely place! Ended up extending twice for a total of 2 weeks after originally booking for 3 days! Beach is a 2 minute walk away and can see it from the deck. Local food and vegetable trucks drive past daily as the shop is around 10-15 minute walk away! Did feel very much at home here, had all the essentials you need. The location on Airbnb needs an update as the property is under the name ‘Casa Blanca’ on maps, near the La Perla restaurant.
