Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

It has an open kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and separate WC. Its ideal geolocation will allow you to explore the city entirely on foot.
