Loved this cute little guest house! Was newly renovated, squeaky clean!! We stayed three nights and I can’t rave enough about this place! Will definitely be booking again next time we are in Destin for vacation! Erin was also super friendly and responsive she is a great host! We loved everything about our stay not one complaint! It even has a new convention oven microwave and a single burner if you do need to cook they literally thought of everything you need! Thanks for having us Erin keep up the good work! We will be back next year for sure! 😁

Love this place! This is our 2nd time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we come to the area. The house is big and beautiful inside and out, the views are amazing and if you have a boat or jetskis you're a 15-20 minute ride from crab island. Kent is a great host and is very responsive! Thanks again, we'll be back!

The studio apartment was exactly what we needed close to everything too. We loved how close it is to Henderson Beach State Park. There was live music at the restaurant next door but inside the apartment we didn’t hear it. Parking was crowded at times but we always seemed to find parking near the apartment.

Wow!! If you are looking for a place in the Niceville area . . . Look no further! The Nook is hands down the best! It is centrally located in the heart of Niceville on a quiet dead end street. Every aspect of this home is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable & cozy. It is clean and smells wonderful! The backyard oasis is perfect for a relaxing night or making memories with the family. We fully enjoyed every day of our stay! Hayes was an amazing host! Don’t wait, book your stay here before someone else does!!!
