Condo holiday rentals in Niceville

The condo was exquisite. You could tell that it was recently renovated. The view of the Choctawhatchee Bay was magnificent.

Jamie's place was lovely with an amazing view. Nice extra touches including extra toilettes and coffee. Comfortable beds and shared areas. The location was perfect for us; easy drive to Destin and near good restaurants and shopping. Thank you!

Perfect for my daughter and I for a relaxing week. Easy drive to Destin and great if you want a peaceful place. We stayed 5 nights and I think we saw 3 people the whole time there! Never heard anyone. Had a nice dinner at PB & J’s in Niceville. Oh…and this Airbnb had great pillows!

Great place! Clean and well priced

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Great little place to stay right on the water! Close enough to everything but away from the beach traffic.

Brandyn was so responsive throughout the entire booking up until the last day. He was a great host and would love to work with him again in the future.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Kurt and Tara’s place was exactly as described. It is absolutely beautiful, has a view of the ocean and a nice size balcony. The dishwasher is the quietest one I have ever seen, and we made great use of the Keurig coffee pot! There were even some pods left there. My favorite detail about the condo was the huge shower!! It’s a studio, but the living room area is separated from the bed, so it really feels like the bed is in its own room. You will not regret staying here. The hosts were extremely responsive and timely to all of our questions. There was only one slight drawback, the unit is on the end and close to the busy road, but we wore our earbuds and it wasn’t a problem at all. We would 100% stay there again!

I have stayed at a lot of airbnb’s. This was by far one of my top stays. Beautiful condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Great location with a beautiful view. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Will stay again when back in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—definitely one of the best we've experienced. The home was exactly as described: clean, well-equipped, and secure with attentive security guards. Parking was always available, which made things super convenient. The location is fantastic, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The highlight was the stunning, unobstructed ocean views and easy beach access. The helpful beach staff made relaxing days even better. We highly recommend this spot and will gladly stay again on our next visit!!

Asta place was wonderful to checking in early to walking distance to the beach. Had everything to chairs and ice chest and toys for the beach. We really love easy access to the beach to the pool. We loved and definitely be coming back.

Easy to get to and quick walk to the beach. Stewby’s is very close and great place to eat.

This place was great! Ashkey was great to work with and very responsive and helpful. Check in was a bit of a striggle, no fault of Ashley but the front deck in this condo did not have notice that we were checking in due to not hearing from air b and b which made the process of getting a parking pass difficult. The location was great, short walk to to beach and nice pool. Also close to a Target and Walmart as well as many activites and resturants. Definitely recommend this rental.

The place is close to lots of attractions and food. It's a little tricky to find public beach access, but we were able to Google to find them. The upstairs neighbors were a little noisy with their dogs early in the morning but we made it through. The space was nice and clean. Plenty of places to sleep. Laundry room was super convenient! Kitchen in nice!

This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!
