The 62 sqm apartment has a separate entrance on the garden side of the house. It consists of a double bedroom, a cozy living-dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy sitting area and desk. The entrance hall leads to a bathroom in Mediterranean style with shower, toilet and double sink.   In front of the apartment is a covered outdoor seating area overlooking the garden. Here you can enjoy the fresh air or smoke a cigarette, which is not desired in the apartment.   Flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo, radio with iPod, Wi-Fi and a safe are available.   If necessary, another room with an area of 23 sqm can also be used. It is equipped with a 2 m wide pull-out sofa bed, wardrobe, table and WALL TV and can be accessed via the bathroom of the apartment. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residential area in Bad Vilbel. The nearest S-Bahn station is about 8-10 minutes' walk away and the S6 will take you to the centre of Frankfurt or to the trade fair in about 20 minutes . By car, you can reach Frankfurt via the B3 in 15-20 minutes.

(off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and thus also connected to visiting surrounding attractions. For example, Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. There is another sleeping space available on the sofa bed.
