There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

I make my property available when I'm abroad. This designer Duplex, completely renovated facing the forest (180 m2) has 2 large terraces as well as all the equipment for cooking. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Nespresso machine. Bose speaker. As my concept is to leave my home without any extra charge, cleaning etc., I like guests to take care of it and return it to me in a correct state of cleanliness.
