Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

We have newly renovated a small but fine apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and have furnished it pretty and practical for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The property is located in the center of the market town of Hopfgarten. The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift station are also very close. Around the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Greetings and a warm welcome! The Bergwelt guesthouse welcomes you in the centre of Niederau in the beautiful Wildschönau region in the Kitzbühel Alps. Look forward to new, spacious flats with panoramic mountain views. The Markbachjoch ski area is 400 metres away. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The fully renovated flats, furnished in traditional Alpine style, all feature a kitchen with a dining area, satellite TV, a seating area and a balcony.

WELCOME to the OBERHAUSBERG house! Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip
