Holiday rentals with a patio in Niederdorf

We really enjoyed our stay at Egon’s apartment. It was clean, modern and spacious. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Secondly, the apartment had a washing machine, drying rack and dryer! We were away from home for 7 weeks and had wasted so much time at laundromats! Huge bonus being able to do our washing at Egon’s apartment. He had also left us a small bottle of champagne and sweet snacks…thoughtful touch. The temperatures were very hot during our 3-day stay and there is no air conditioning. To alleviate our discomfort, Egon very kindly brought a fan for us to use which made a big difference! We can highly recommend Egon as a host, and his apartment as a great place to stay at.

We loved Ciasa Aidin- the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location that was easy walking to the slopes. The views are spectacular! Petra was so helpful and always responded quickly to any question we had. The beds are comfortable and loved the down quilt. We plan on coming back. My husband is an architect and h loved the place.

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment with a wonderful roof terrace & the most beautiful view. Everything you need was there, the kitchen is well equipped and it was clean. The contact with Clemens was uncomplicated & very friendly :)

The accommodation is much better than it looks in the photos. Angelika is very kind, the apartment is very spacious and very clean. It has all the utensils to be able to spend several days. The terrace has beautiful views and is very close to Ortisei. We recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanted cottage has surpassed everything. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended at this point, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. Those who seek peace and comfort will find both. We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. Wish I had had more time to stay here, mil grazie Luciana!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

Helene's place is insane. We felt right at home. The area is a dream! Helene was incredibly helpful and too quick to reach. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and much larger than in the photos. We would definitely recommend the place and will definitely be back. j Many thanks :) 😊

good and clean studio, central in the dolomites. only minor issue is that the beds are 2 seperate 1p beds. When putting them next to eachother they always slide away again.. had to block the beds

The accommodation is super nicely furnished, incredibly clean and modern. The location is very suitable for excursions in the Dolomites. The many recommendations for restaurants as well as the great amenities in the apartment rounded off the stay. Julia was very friendly, proactive and always responded very quickly. We will be back!
