Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Our cozy rural furnished home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully enclosed garden with all kinds of play opportunities for the children. Adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. We have an indoor playground and an outdoor climbing and clambering path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bicycles, ... that our accommodation has available.

It is bright and offers plenty of space on 70 m² when the weather is not so nice. The terrace offers a wonderful view into the garden. There is a table and chairs. Books for reading and exchanging and games are available. The bathroom is large and the shower is very spacious.

Lonely forest hut in the middle of nature. The hut can be reached by car. It cannot be reached by public transport. Cozy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought by yourself. The hut has household equipment with a good standard. Access and grounds are natural. All guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect nature conservation are welcome. Instructions and key handover only possible in German. Smoking is not allowed.
