The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.
