The covered terrace is on the courtyard overlooking our pond - about 1.10 m deep, so PLEASE be sure to note when booking! Please supervise your children! Non-smokers! Smoking is allowed on the terrace. No animals! Due to allergies! I CANNOT change the location for the apartment, it is displayed approximately. NO BOOKING FOR ONLY ONE GUEST!!!!!!

On approx. 40 m² there is a well-equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle), a bathroom with shower, a living room and bedroom with TV, sofa set and small dining table, a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), a car parking space directly in front of the house.

There were four of us staying here for a week. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The bathroom and kitchen had everything you could ever need. We highly recommend this apartment!

The accommodation was an oasis of relaxation. Mirko and Andrea are very warm and hard-working hosts, they were always easily accessible and had many recommendations for activities and culinary delights in the area. You always had great conversations with the two of them and you felt welcome at all times. The sauna is pure wellness, as is the small ranch with its particularly beautiful garden, which you have to experience, photos alone hardly give this beautiful spot of earth. Also in the kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area, everything was lovingly furnished and we lacked nothing. We will definitely come back because it was super nice. We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. Achim and Bianca

With a group of friends over a weekend, we had enough space and comforts, an extremely well equipped kitchen to cook together, for every need the right balcony/terrace, a wonderful view of the sea, a great starting point for bike rides and a friendly and accommodating host. Phillipp responds very quickly to inquiries and quickly makes everything possible. We had a wonderful time in Nienhagen. All coastal sections are within easy reach. After a long day outside, a cozy apartment awaits, with all the trimmings.
