Holiday rentals with a patio in Nieul-sur-Mer

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

We stayed one day in Solène's accommodation, access is simple and clearly explained. We were also able to store our bikes in the designated storage room. The communication and accessibility of our hosts were a plus.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

Very central location and great access for the old town ,we actually didn't use any of the equipment but it had everything you would need. The apartment is surrounded by a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well-equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We were unable to use the outdoor shower and toilet because they were not cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to pay attention to these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

Very nice house, a beautiful decoration and well-equipped. The garden is very cute. 10 min nieul sur mer.

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for meals or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage or car and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very appreciable welcome gift We will rest our suitcases with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

Celine’s house is so beautiful and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Celine is an amazing host and the way she has designed this home is perfect and thoughtfully laid out. We had 3 adults staying and it was plenty of room and the pool was so lovely to get to enjoy. We hope to get to come back again sometime soon!

We had a lovely stay at Virginia’s place - it is creatively decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s perfectly situated to be part of the village life of La Courade but also very quiet and peaceful. It has 3 good size bedrooms (slightly soft beds but that’s objective!), a lovely dining area that feels as though you are in a ship’s cabin, comfy seating areas, very well equipped kitchen and a safe l, attractive courtyard which is perfect for small kids / storing bikes etc. we loved it - thank you!

Marie and Julien loved us as hosts. They are available at any time, warm, helpful, very straightforward and provided us with their stylishly furnished and newly renovated house with confidence. We love the house, the cuddly cats and the beautiful and spacious garden with old trees. Garden and pool were maintained daily. The house is quietly located, right next to organic bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. A magnificent footpath through the city park takes you to the center and the sea of la Rochelle. The city is pulsating and delighted us as much as the house and the people. Many thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back!

A very clean, well equipped and well situated apartment for exploring the many treasures of La Rochelle. Warm welcome from Marielle who was very knowledgeable of all the local amenities. Very good communications with both Annie and Marielle.

I rented the accommodation on May 29, 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I will gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
