Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nieul-sur-Mer

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

A small apartment with all the equipment for the toilet, the kitchen. Freshness in a quiet courtyard. A superb environment, close to beautiful museums, in the historic streets. The welcome was warm and full of advice. Thank you to Patrick and Wilfried. We'll be happy to go back!

Yannick was extremely friendly and introduced me to the apartment in all details. Yannick was also always available for additional questions. The apartment is very comfortably furnished (my perception). A small suggestion, a constant hum can be heard from the bathroom. I myself have a little difficulty hearing, but it could be perceived as disturbing for someone else. Thanks again Yannick

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

The apartment is in a great location, minutes walk to the port with restaurants and shops on our doorstep and close to markets etc. Patricia who met us was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was lovely.

The accommodation "around a well" by Corinne & Philippe is perfect for staying with family close to La Rochelle, Ile de Ré and all this beautiful region while enjoying a beautiful garden, calm, conviviality and advice from hosts. The listing is as described and has all the comforts you need. The side is only 5'away by bike. Thank you again for your excellent welcome! We would recommend it without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The village of Sainte Marie is very pretty and with a bike it is possible to take beautiful walks. The house was well furnished and clean. Sylvie responds kindly and quickly to our questions. We are delighted with our stay in his house.

We had a great time at Émilie's place. The arrival was very simple with fluid and attentive communication beforehand and very clear indications. Upon arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and the whole thing matched the listing perfectly (description/photos). The house is charming, tastefully decorated, very well maintained: you feel good there right away, like at home! The location is ideal: about 10 km from La Rochelle, 15/20 minutes from the island of Ré, and less than 1 hour from La Faute-sur-Mer. A perfect base for discovering the region. During our stay, an EDF power cut affected the town. Émilie was very responsive, always available, with very cordial and caring exchanges. Émilie also shared some good local addresses, which was very much appreciated. In short, high-quality accommodation, a remarkable host, and an address to keep preciously and recommend without hesitation!

An excellent weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. Had a lovely stay at Géraldine’s. Comfortable and clean home with everything you could need. Location quiet but within short walking distance to supermarket and pretty square with a boulangerie and couple of restaurants as well as the tourist office. Having the bikes to use as and when was a huge bonus - we enjoyed our cycle to other villages. In the evening hearing the swifts swooping by whilst sitting in the courtyard was very relaxing. No hesitation to recommend.

Lovely stay in Ile de Re. Beautiful property located in a peaceful area only 5 minutes from a the town square with bakery and local market. Isabelle was very helpful.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we will come back with great pleasure! thank you Brigitte for the welcome and your trust.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.
