Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nièvre

Beautiful accommodation with fenced garden, perfect with my 2 dogs. Lucie and her husband are very friendly and everything went very smoothly. In the village: gas station, small shop, bakery. Lots of ways to do something. The apartment has everything you need, even for a longer stay. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great time in this haven of peace. The place is cozy and cocooning, and we were lucky enough to enjoy splendid weather, spending a lot of time in the garden around the barbecue. The house also offers very nice rooms, more spacious than I imagined. Special mention to bedding, incredibly comfortable! We were two couples with babies, and it was great because everyone had their own space on both sides in the sleeping area. In addition, the house has many amenities like a high chair, a crib, a changing space, baby dishes, as well as books, games... I highly recommend! Cheers!

We had a great stay with friends with 7 children from 2 months to 7 years old. The setting is ideal, a peaceful haven, quiet, with plenty of activities in a beautiful garden, animals all around. The house is nice, with charm. Hervé and Hanna are charming and were very accommodating. We hope to be able to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! We truly enjoyed the peace, the charming decor, and the lovely surroundings. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and we felt at home from the very first moment. Over the past two weeks, we’ve made the most of our time in Burgundy – from hiking near Quarré-les-Tombes to exploring Vézelay, and Dijon. Robin's tips for local restaurants and markets were also much appreciated! The house was comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped – it’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into every detail. The terrace and garden were a real bonus, especially on sunny days. Thanks again for your warm hospitality. We hope to return someday!

Very good stay of several nights in a quiet place. Well-equipped and functional accommodation, clean. Comfortable bedding. Very large landscaped and peaceful garden. Very nice Jacuzzi, especially at the end of the day, already ready for our arrival. Several lakes nearby for beautiful walks, swimming and water activities. Avallon 15 minutes by car and Quarré les Tombes 10 minutes with a convenience store open every day. I highly recommend this quiet accommodation with very good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay in Avallon. The apartment was a little hard to find, as the house number was completely covered by bushes - Jean Pierre was, however, easy to reach and welcomed us very kindly. Since he lives next door, he could also show us the entrance to the apartment. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes on foot to the village center and the house is surrounded by trees and a park - very peaceful and quiet. In the garden, you had sun from noon to evening. The only thing that bothered us a little was the many spider webs and we therefore did not find it so clean. But otherwise, we would come back anytime :-)

Accommodation as described, the Loire is within walking distance for beautiful walks as well as the Carnot market for shopping. We could return to the area and come back to this accommodation.

Chantal and Nigel were great hosts. Very kind, friendly and generous. On hand to help with recommendations. Great location and very peaceful. Had a lovely cycle along the canal and river. Very welcome to have air conditioning in the heat.

Loved our stay at this place. This is a 25m2 studio. You have to be in good physical shape because there are steps to get there then the accommodation is on 2 floors. But the place is in a large green estate, with an exterior. It is therefore possible to find a corner of greenery and to install sunbeds and chairs that are available. There are also tables for eating out, which is very nice. The pool is great. It opens onto a field. The estate includes several lodges. It is a very peaceful place where we were able to rest and recharge. The owner is very friendly and considerate. He even gave us mushrooms he had harvested, which were delicious. It's a great place to explore the region. Be careful to follow the instructions given to access the cottage and do not follow the Google Maps route which passes a hiking path

We had the pleasure of inaugurating the accommodation. The finishes were completed just in time. It was perfect. Excellent night of recovery after a day of trekking.

We had a great stay at Yves' house! The garden is superb and the house very spacious. Yves is really very kind and the bottle of Sancerre to welcome us was a very appreciated little gift!

Beautiful location for this family home located in the countryside with a magnificent view of the surroundings. Children have plenty of space to play and can enjoy it safely. We sincerely thank Patrice Gaunet of the Morvan concierge for his kindness, responsiveness and attentiveness.

Pleasant stay, the house is large and the services are quality. The exterior is very pleasant, the children enjoyed the large grounds and the jacuzzi is a real plus. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We were able to enjoy the pool despite a heat pump problem for which Guillaume was able to meet our expectations regarding this difficulty with a commercial gesture. We recommend the cottage!
