Water based recreation nearby, from tranquil on the Cure at Saint-Père, to whitewater rafting on the Chalaux as reflected in the 1940s mounted canoe frame in the living room.

This apartment, on the first floor of the Sorbier house, welcomes you in the heart of Nevers. Close to the train station, city center, Ifsi, IPMR Nevers, Inkub and the Sainte Bernadette hunt, all within walking distance. Completely renovated and air-conditioned, also enjoy the enclosed garden and a furnished terrace (BBQ, garden furniture, etc.). Suitable for 2 adults 2 children (over 3 years old) or 3 adults, the second bed being in a high mezzanine. Possibility of closed garage.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.
