-------The location------- The modern and tastefully furnished duplex apartment is located in Nippes in the North part of Cologne. The Nippes quarter offers a variety of nice pubs and nice restaurants as well as all shopping facilities for the daily need. There is a bus stop (line 121) just in front of the house and the Neusserstr. Gürtel subway-station (lines 12, 13 and 15) and the Geldernstr./Parkgürtel train-station (line 13, trains RE7 and S11) are about 5-7mn walk from the apartment. From there you can reach quickly following places: •Cologne Dome and Central Station (Köln Dom/Hbf): 6mn •Cologne Exhibition Center (Köln Messe/Deutz): 8mn •Cologne/Bonn Airport (Köln/Bonn Flughafen): 30mn -------The apartment------- The duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a space of app. 60sqm with a terrace of app. 9sqm. It is perfect for 4 adults eventually with 1-2 children but it can also accommodate up to 5 adults for a short period. The 1st floor consists of one corridor, one small bathroom with toilet, one kitchen, one living room and one bedroom. The bedroom has two high quality box-spring beds (2x80x190), which can be easily arranged to a large double bed and the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (for 1 person or 2 children – 130x210). On the 2nd floor, there is a 2nd charming bedroom with a direct access to the terrace. This bedroom is also equipped with two high quality box-spring beds (2x90x200), which can as well be easily arranged to a large double bed. -------The facilities------- The apartment offers all the comfort, so that you feel good during your stay. The kitchen is functional and well furnished (oven, microwave oven, plate-stove, fridge, kettle, coffeemaker…) and offers an eating area for 4/5 persons. Two flat-screen televisions with satellite receiver and radio function are available. Clean bed linen and towels are included and a washing machine is available upon request. Internet: if necessary, we can provide you an internet stick (deposit required). Please ask for the stick prior to your arrival. Parking: free parking is available on the streets nearby. Babies are welcome. If necessary, a baby high chair and a baby travel cot are available... but we cannot welcome the babies/ small kids for free as this generates also additional costs. So, please consider them as adults for the price calculation. Thank you for your understanding.

Cozy attic in central location - 2 people

The property is centrally located in the old town north in the Agnesviertel. It is two stops away by subway from Breslauer Platz-Haupt-Bahnhof Köln. From the station at Reichenspergerplatz it is another 5 minutes' walk to the apartment. The apartment is in the rear building on the 5th floor, there is no kitchen. It is designed for 2 adults and, if desired, plus 1 child on the sofa. If you arrive by car, you will get a private parking space right in front of the house. It's a non-smoking apartment!

Luxurious 2 room apartment (plus 2 bath rooms and balcony) for up to 4 people located centrally at Cologne Southtown with easy connection to highways and access to public transportation and trade fair center (7 min with subway, 2 stops). To the shopping mile at Schildergasse and Cologne’s best Christmas market at Heumarkt it’s just 10min to walk. Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!

The apartment (55 sqm) is close to the beautiful Volksgarten in Cologne. Right outside the front door is the KVB line 12, with which you can reach Barbarossaplatz in just 3 stations and Rudolfplatz in 5 stations. From there you can take a direct train towards Cologne main station or trade fair. Our beautiful studio comfortably fits 2 people. It is located in the hip neighborhood of Belgian Quarter. The studio is equipped with all you need for your trip in Cologne, towels, hairdryer, fresh bed linen, fast wifi and a TV + Netflix. The street itself is very quiet but plenty of pubs, coffee places, restaurants as well as public transport are nearby. HINT: This is not a 4 star hotel.
