Diverse gastronomy and shopping in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw from Cologne Cathedral (3 stations), three subway lines (12, 13 & 15) can be reached in a few minutes. Sleeping possibilities for 3 guests are available, 1.40 m bed in the bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. Weekly cleaning for longer stays.

Live in the listed old building, chill on the private terrace, relax in the tub bath with daylight, cook in your own mini-kitchen. Lots of light and air. There is a small workplace with a computer. The area offers countless restaurants and cafes. Within walking distance are various concert and event venues. The U-Bahn stop Piusstraße is right outside the front door. From there it is 18 minutes to Cologne Fair, 30 minutes to the airport, by short distance to the cathedral/main station and Neumarkt.

This stylishly furnished apartment in a period building – 110 m², high ceilings & parquet flooring – consists of a large living/dining room (40 m² alone) with access to the terrace and garden, a sports/guest room, a large bedroom, a kitchen also with access to the garden, and a bathroom, all imbued with a touch of nostalgic charm. There's also a large garden and plenty of greenery! The only downside – the street traffic is clearly audible in the garden, but not in the apartment itself.
