In the middle of Cologne-Nippes is our beautiful 40 square meter apartment on the ground floor of a renovated three-window house. Well suited for visitors to Cologne, privately or for business. Diverse gastronomy and shopping in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw from Cologne Cathedral (3 stations), three subway lines (12, 13 & 15) can be reached in a few minutes. Sleeping possibilities for 3 guests are available, 1.40 m bed in the bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. Weekly cleaning for longer stays.

Live in the listed old building, chill on the private terrace, relax in the tub bath with daylight, cook in your own mini-kitchen. Lots of light and air. There is a small workplace with a computer. The area offers countless restaurants and cafes. Within walking distance are various concert and event venues. The U-Bahn stop Piusstraße is right outside the front door. From there it is 18 minutes to Cologne Fair, 30 minutes to the airport, by short distance to the cathedral/main station and Neumarkt.

Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest,hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe Verbindungen zu Bus und Bahn sind Fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern sind Supermärkte wie Lidl und Aldi. 2 Tankstellen sowie ein Mc Donald‘s. Die liegt an einer befahrenen Straße wobei es Stoßzeiten zu erhöhten Lärm durch Pkw‘s & Lkw‘s kommt,dagegen ist die Unterkunft mit dreifach verglasten Fenstern ausgestattet aber trotzdem wenig zuhören

TV mit Netflix, Disney, etc. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Köln-Nippes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Small but nice

Genieße einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in meiner perfekt gelegenen Wohnung in schönen Nippes. Nippes ist en ein beliebter Stadtteil Kölns mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Nähe, sowie der U-Bahn Haltestelle Florastraße in weniger als 100 Metern Entfernung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus aus den 30ern und wurde vor kurzem umfassend saniert. Ich wohne selbst in der Wohnung und vermiete sie in Zeiten, in denen ich nicht vor Ort bin.
