Liegt in einem lebendigen Kölner Viertel mit vielen Läden, Cafés und Restaurants. Zur Messe Köln kommt man mit der U-Bahn/S-Bahn in ca. 25 Minuten. In Köln müssen privat Reisende eine Kulturförderabgabe von 5% des Übernachtungspreises bezahlen. Dieser Betrag wird direkt bei der Buchung abgezogen.

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.
