The property is a small farm with a main house built in 1921, an annex and barn building. Located peacefully located in a scenic area about 2 km south of Treungen city center. Large outdoor area with terraces, Jacuzzi and barbecue. Large lawns for play areas, ball games etc. The property borders on mountain terrain and the popular mountain Skuggenatten (706 meters above sea level). 5 min to the shop and city center, swimming area and river. Very good opportunities for outdoor activities in nearby areas such as swimming, cycling, paddling, fishing and mountain tours

Lia - smallholding and peaceful idyll in Treungen

Lia is a peaceful gem, a small farm with close proximity to everything, while still being on its own. Two living rooms, kitchen, three bedrooms, bath and loft. The place is 200 years old and the house 100. Timber walls, fresh air, charm, peace and quiet are a great starting point for nice days! It's a good spot, and a short way down to Nisser. Here you can swim, fish or take a mess. On the beach is a big pier, and a small "boathouse". Nice hiking opportunities right next door, and lots of great, marked trails and top hikes in the municipality.

Centrally located for boating/fishing/paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, mountain climbing, hunting and skiing/cross-country skiing. Cross-country skiing routes in the immediate vicinity. Ski resort Gautefall 15 and Vrädal are a 45-minute walk away. The large window offers a beautiful view of the lake. With internal sauna. There is also a charging point for electric cars available. Feel like a king in....Norway! Note: Electricity consumption will be settled with you afterwards.

Good internet connection in the area (4 G) Great ski slopes, 6 mil prepared ski slopes, about 5 min walk from the cabin. Small ski slope about 10 min away. Larger ski runs on Gautefall and Vrådal. Both are about 30 min away.

New, modern year-round cabin at Felehovet Nord, perfect for families with children. Well-established cross-country ski trails right outside the door, 5 minutes by car to the alpine ski resort, swimming areas in the immediate vicinity, in addition to many hiking opportunities in all directions for all seasons both on foot or by bicycle. With 8 beds as well as a sofa bed + travel bed, this is a great place for one or two families with children. Road all the way up and plenty of room for 2-3 cars.

Vacation cabin - lake, mountains, cross-country skiing, sauna & stove

Unsere Ferienhütte befindet sich auf einem 1200m² Naturgrundstück. Von der großzügigen Süd-Terrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Hänge/Wasserfälle des Havrefjells und den See. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen noch zwei weitere Seen mit Naturbadeplatz. Es gibt traumhafte Wanderwege und die Hütte liegt zudem mitten in einem Skilanglaufgebiet mit abwechslungsreichen Tourloipen. Zum Meer sind es ca. 45min mit dem Auto. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt befindet sich in ca 6 km
