The music for the 20 films shown is chosen with the aim of deep relaxation. Beautiful, very bright and contemporary house, completely renovated in the heart of Nivelles, the accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with large shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet and a second separate toilet. Super-equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic cooktop, combi oven, hood, coffee machine, microwave and all facilities. 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, possibility of single beds on request. A washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

The apartment has two bedrooms with modular king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a gym. A furnished terrace and private parking suitable for commercial vehicles complete the property.

Saint Germain A 40 m2 gîte, quiet and elegant, ideally located near the center of Waterloo, the train station, and major motorways, 5 minutes from the fields. Simple, well equipped, comfortable, with a pretty terrace which opens onto a wild but welcoming garden. We designed it with care and kindness. And above all with the conviction that welcoming well is above all creating the conditions for happiness so that everyone can build their own. What else?

Independent accommodation.

My independent accommodation is ideally located. Green, quiet and close to the train station (20 min to the center of Brussels, 20 min to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Lion of Waterloo. Some stores including 2 Delhaize are a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is easy and free. The region has charming towns such as Nivelles (5 min), Waterloo (8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!

You will also enjoy a private garden, Wi-Fi, and everything you need (sheets and towels provided) for a carefree stay.
