PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Beautifully search from the terrace, a pool for evening chilled, paradni. Kitchen mensi, it's not a big one, but it's a rich place on vacation. Wifi weak, but the apartment is better on the terrace and looking around than at the mobile :) I was here in the second time. I'm happy

A beautiful place with lots of space and thoughtful touches, very clean, great views of the bay. Njivice is a beautiful little place, on the promenade there are several places to choose from. The house is on the main road, but in the low season we had no problem with the noise - in summer it can be a bit louder.

We (2 adults and a toddler) were guests in the Manuela apartment for 12 nights. The pictures show exactly what you get. The furnishings are upscale, modern, and in mint condition. Due to the pre-season, few apartments were occupied, which is why it was very quiet and idyllic. The highlight was the large outdoor area with a whirlpool and gas grill. Especially with our little son, the ground floor and its accessibility was ideal. Bakeries, restaurants and the sea are within walking distance in a few minutes. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We will certainly be guests again and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday 🙏
