House holiday rentals in Njivice

We very much enjoyed staying at Marko's place. The place is extremely well kept and very friendly and responsive agent and host. We will certainly return in future.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Very nice villa with large rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the heated swimming pool. It is also well located for excursions to Risnjak National Park.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We had a great time in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain with a group of seven. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thank you for everything and best wishes from Fürth/Nuremberg.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had two wonderful weeks with our children. Top location, everything is within walking distance (yes, you have to go down a few stairs to the beach, but the view is simply terrific ;). Senj is not overcrowded and the water is crystal clear. From the terrace you could look at the sea for hours. Simply beautiful!!

Great place, down to earth and original!

We were there with our son and what can I say… We were received in a super friendly manner. Cake and juice were available in the fridge. Sanja handed us the apartment with all the trimmings and explained it to us. If we had any questions, we could contact her at any time. The grape harvest announced by Sanja was done by the family faster than the wind and provided us directly with the fresh grapes and figs. One thing we know for sure, we'll be back! The apartment has everything you need on vacation, saves you from having to bring laundry detergent, salt, etc. Sanja really has everything you need. Sanja, thanks for the great time at your place :) see you next year

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

We had a great stay of 10 days – the accommodation was great! Communication with Saskia was great from the start: fast, warm and absolutely reliable. She was always available and immediately helped when we had questions or concerns. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and close to the beach as well as close to shopping – everything you need is nearby. A small note: If you drive a very large or long car, parking in the driveway is a bit tricky. But with a little practice, it works. Overall, absolutely recommended – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you, Saskia!

Place is nice and clean, it is close to the beach and is a great place to take beautiful walls to Njivice Center. It was a bit small place for us, with a baby, but a terrace saved us :).

This place feels like favourite grandmas place. Everything you need is alreeady inside. You can spend Christmas, Easter and all the holidays over there. Hosts are extremely prepared. Amazing view from outside terrace!

fantastic location and lovely house. great for swimming and biking. the house is very neat and confortable. little problems with wifi and unfortunately not recycling in such a delicate ecosystem place. highly recommended

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

Our stay at this place was wonderful. I had five adults, one child and one toddler stay there The communication with the hostess has been very easy and absolutely satisfactory. We were very surprised when we arrived, as the place was even better than you could expect from the photos. Located in a quiet residential area with very nice neighbors. You can reach the beach, the promenade and various restaurants and smaller shops in 5-10 minutes. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a summer vacation. Most of the time in the accommodation we spent by the large pool (with loungers and outdoor shower) and on the spacious terrace. The kitchen, bathrooms and three sleeping rooms were very well equipped. Our hosts were always available and very friendly. All in all a very successful holiday in Njivice.
