Small 19th century house in tranquil rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds on shared sleeping loft/upstairs, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. One. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bedclothes, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there is a cleaning fee of 500 SEK. The whole house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Sea Glimpse

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea outside the door. 50 meters down we have our jetty where you can enjoy the morning coffee. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the local area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/daybed that pulls out to a double bed as well as a wide loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

Strandstugan

Here you can wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Take a morning swim, enjoy the morning coffee overlooking the fishing village and Kalmarsund and then stroll in the beautiful forest. During the summer, bakery, glassware, food truck and music evenings are within walking distance. Nearby is picturesque Kalmar with the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles and lovely Öland. To the north is one of Sweden's most popular family parks - Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

Just a minute walk to the beach, the Orangery welcomes you with comfort and a touch of luxury in a cozy and romantic setting. The beautiful surroundings with water, islands and nature reserves offer true quality of life with many leisure possibilities! Enjoy panoramic ocean views and sunsets from inside, the large south-west facing terrace or child-friendly beach that is within 100 m. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons.

Lilla sjöglimten

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful space. A home overlooking open countryside and rural views, a stone's throw from the sea. In the small garden there is a furnished playhouse and a sandbox and the accommodation includes a smaller boat that can be rowed or put in your own stern for excursions on the water. Swimming is within walking distance, swimming jetty 700 meters or the beach 850 meters and two plots away there is a smaller outdoor gym.

Småland country cottage

Newly renovated and simple summer room on our 19th century farm three miles north of Kalmar. We offer a simple accommodation in an idyllic Småland landscape. In the room there is electricity, wifi, freshly cut outdoor toilet and the opportunity to borrow bicycles. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Six kilometres to the east is Kalmarsund and the shopping centre Pataholm. Cats, chickens and cows are nearby.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Cozy cottage 20 m2 in paradise Big Tubes

Maria and I rent out our renovated cottage located in the small nice Large Pipe, right between Färjestaden (Öland Bridge) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
