Beachfront holiday rental in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île

We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic - once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is functionally furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the layout of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with reduced mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home, which we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

We spent some incredible days in Pornic, the apartment is in the center of the village where you can do everything on foot, you can park for free and without problems in the parking lot of the station. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to enjoy it and the village.

We really enjoyed the Airbnb. Laurence and Jean-Marc are very friendly. We felt at home for 3 days:) The furniture is great, and the location is ideal, because it's really close to the beach and the customs trail. We had a great time in Sarah's small accommodation. We slept very well. A total change of scenery and a great breath of fresh air taken by the sea. The contact with Sarah was simple and natural. A person full of kindness and gentleness. You can go there without so much as a second thought 😊

Very charming and atypical accommodation as advertised, and really micro house, ideal for a night, for a stop on our bike circuit. We were able to enjoy the small courtyard well sheltered from the wind.

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Great, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

Very nice cottage with cozy decor, very well equipped and very clean! Maëva and Cyrille go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. Ideal location to discover in a few days the seaside of Pornic in Saint Brévin (trails) and the large beaches, located a few hundred meters on foot. Great walks for the dogs as a bonus so that everyone can enjoy the holidays :) THANKS <3

From the top of the beginning to the end. Sophie is super nice, flexible, responsive, funny, accommodating, available. The only flaw of the stay... the departure date. We did not like the departure date. The apartment should only be offered with an arrival date and no departure date ;). Thanks again to Sophie for everything.

Very pleasant and peaceful stay in this comfortable and bright house. Quiet neighborhood and beach right next door. Grocery store, restaurant and newsstand nearby. Christine was lovely, and the flower garden is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back. ✨💞🌊🍀🌷

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

We had a wonderful few days. The house was like in the photo, the view, with a remarkable location. It was a favorite, and it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. We had a great weekend at José's place. It is very nice, tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The Holy Grail: the proximity to the beach, perfect for admiring the sunset. José is a charming and available host.
