excellent week spent in Hélène's villa... everything was perfect, Hélène's welcome and good advice, the villa , the ideal location to enjoy the calm of the old, nearby beaches on foot or by bike available... we discovered Noirmoutier as a family, we were 7 adults and a 3 year old child for a week-long stay. The villa is totally suitable for welcoming everyone without getting in the way and being able to enjoy good times together. i would definitely recommend Hélène's villas.

A real favorite! Manuella's home is decorated with great taste, every detail is thoughtfully designed. We immediately felt good there, like at home. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. An address that we recommend without hesitation – thank you again Manuella!

This accommodation is a real rare gem: we highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure. Accommodation even more spacious than we imagined through the photos. Very well furnished and equipped, the pool is very pleasant and the different dining and relaxation areas are very friendly and warm. A timeless private space: ideal for recharging. The host is responsive and gives very good advice, which allowed us to easily schedule our activities and discover other gems in Noirmoutier.

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location, right next to the sea, is ideal for access. The house is decorated with great taste combining refinement and comfort. The exterior is just as charming with a superb (and large) swimming pool for relaxing. Thank you for the welcome and flexibility on our arrival as well as our departure. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice cottage with cozy decor, very well equipped and very clean! Maëva and Cyrille go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. Ideal location to discover in a few days the seaside of Pornic in Saint Brévin (trails) and the large beaches, located a few hundred meters on foot. Great walks for the dogs as a bonus so that everyone can enjoy the holidays :) THANKS <3

I was lucky to manage to grab a long weekend with my husband in Isabelle's slice of paradise in Nantes. She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

The perfect place to visit the island of Noirmoutier: 3 minutes' walk from the center, 5 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the Bois de la Chaise. It's quiet, clean, very well-equipped, and to top it all off, the owners as well as the person in charge of the cleaning are warm and very responsive! Many thanks to them!

Patrick and Nelly's house is bright, large, clean. Pleasant to live in, functional, you quickly find your bearings. Well-equipped kitchen. The rental is very well located: shops and beaches accessible in 5 minutes by bike. And the schedules were flexible, which really made our stay easier. Oh yes, bonus: Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rice, coffee and other foodstuffs, as well as shower gel and soap for the bathroom, it's nice.

Very good hospitality from Mannick, with a little special attention to his hosts. I would say no more, I leave the pleasure of discovering new tenants! Well-located, close to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets. Also not far from the port of the herbaudiere with a very good restaurant to recommend, Le Jusant! Very cozy, pleasant and clean accommodation, parking nearby. Key box system. Recommended, no problem!

We spent a week with family in the house. The accommodation is very pleasant, at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very quiet. The house is very well-equipped and spacious, as advertised. The beach is a 2 minute walk and all the shops are easily reachable in a few minutes by car. Only downside during our stay (but independent of the owners): no internet connection. We would highly recommend it!

Nelly is an exceptional host, with great empathy who is overflowing with kindness and attention, always ready to help you. We really enjoyed our four-night stay at her place and would have stayed much longer. The studio is furnished with great taste, very well equipped and very clean. We will certainly return with great pleasure and highly recommend this accommodation

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

For the second time, we had a great stay, the house is very nice and well located

We had the most amazing time at Christine’s! The house is beautiful and extremely well equipped. We especially appreciated all the baby equipment - the high chair and baby bath travelling with two young babies. The kitchen was also very well equipped and we really enjoyed cooking and BBQing outside. The house and garden is stunning and very private, as the garden is entirely enclosed with a gate which can be locked. There are multiple places to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The house is also very close to the beach and in a nice calm neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great weekend in Charles's accommodation, which is very well equipped! Flexible check-in and check-out thanks to the concierge was a real plus. We would recommend it without hesitation 🙂 PS: It would have been even better if the price of the linen had been included in the rental.

Charming and very well-equipped house, everything you need was available. We were able to spend an excellent extended weekend in this accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach, a privileged and peaceful environment in the heart of the Bois de la Chaize, ideal for fully enjoying Noirmoutiers.
