Very well-equipped accommodation near the city center without the nuisances. We enjoyed the welcome gifts and the presence of the 2 bikes at our disposal. The house is beautifully located and everything was as described. The house is tastefully and modernly furnished and nothing is missing. We enjoyed the garden and terrace. The blooming lavender and lizards lying in the sun were particularly great. For future guests: open the parasol with caution, sometimes one or two tiny tree frogs live in it :-) It is only a few minutes' walk to a really nice and quite quiet beach. L'Epine and Nourmoutier are picturesque. In L'Epine, there is a very good bakery within a 10-minute walk and a few meters further, delicious pizza at L'Her Saline. The nearest supermarkets (Super U / Intermarché) and the well-known beaches in the northeast of the island can be reached very quickly by car. Also nice with children: L'île aux papillons - a small butterfly park. Hubert is a great host! He is very friendly and responds very quickly. We felt comfortable and are determined to come back.

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location, right next to the sea, is ideal for access. The house is decorated with great taste combining refinement and comfort. The exterior is just as charming with a superb (and large) swimming pool for relaxing. Thank you for the welcome and flexibility on our arrival as well as our departure. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay within this family home. Everything is designed to have a good time together. The location of the house is amazing. Pascal had to be there and listened to our needs during the stay. We warmly recommend this house. Only small downside, the wifi connection which is very weak and does not allow remote work and the phone network also which is complicated in this area.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!
