The Rock House

Notre maison est très atypique car elle est semi troglodyte . il y a une caractéristique très répandue chez les maisons troglodytes, il s'agit de l'humidité.. elle est due à l'absorption de petites quantités d'eau de manière continue. Donc il faut deshumidifer l'air et chauffer toute l'année. Il peut également y avoir des petites particules qui tombent sur le sol. Il y a une cour devant et un grand parc privé sur les hauteurs pour se détendre . La voiture peut-être garée à proximité.

Accommodation occupying the ground floor of a former free school dating from the beginning of the 20th century, located in the heart of a village with shops, 5 minutes from Amboise and close to the most beautiful castles of the Loire: Amboise, Chenonceau, Chaumont... You can discover this beautiful area on foot, by bike, canoe, hot air balloon... Living on the floor of the old school, I am available and at your disposal throughout your stay, vehicle parking is possible in the yard

Fully renovated cottage in former stables

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

Welcome to Refuge d'Azay, a warm house located in a peaceful hamlet of Azay-sur-Cher. Designed to combine comfort and authenticity, it has a friendly living room with wood-burning stove and television, a renovated and well-equipped kitchen, as well as two comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a private and fully fenced yard, with a parking space for two vehicles.

Come and recharge your batteries in our cottage in a green setting close to our troglodyte house. We renovated our outbuilding in 2023, to accommodate visitors wishing to discover our region with a rich heritage. Located a few minutes from Amboise, in the heart of the Loire Valley, its many castles and world-renowned vineyards. You can explore our region by car, on foot or by bike. Our cottage is on the "Loire à vélo" route.
