Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

In the heart of the Loire Valley, you are within walking distance of visiting the castles of Amboise, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé... The Côteau is also famous for its wines, which you can taste directly from local producers. The nearby Loire awaits you for a bike ride unless you prefer to enjoy the garden or the pool (4 m x 10 m) heated to 29°

Former farmhouse in Amboise, town of Leonardo da Vinci, near Chenonceaux. Comfortable, living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room, large garden, terrace, pool and parking will welcome you for short or long stays. In the heart of the main Chateaux de la Loire, you have 4 spacious rooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 hectares of nature. The ubiquitous presence of water, heated swimming pool (opening from 15/06 to 15/09) (pond, river, laundry...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is good for families (with kids) and groups. The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors and another to the west, equipped with a garden lounge. You can enjoy the pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead-end street with no traffic. Ideal for rest!

The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
