Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Nord de Palma District

Well located accommodation in the village of Alcudia. A very clean and spacious apartment. Everything was perfect.

Lovely 5 nights in this apartment which had everything we needed for us and our 3 month old baby. They had kindly provided a cot and extra linen. Everything was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The apartment is in a great location only 10 minutes walk from the old town and all of its restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes to the train station. There is a supermarket within a 2 minutes walk. The host was very responsive and helped us when the aircon wasn’t blowing cold air because of the time of year, but it was too hot for our baby so they sent someone to fix it for us which was great. Our stay at the apartment was amazing! Such a great location with a beautiful view of the beach. There are many shops and restaurants right next door! They were also so accommodating with our 15 month old providing a high chair and a crib. The cleaning service was also nice to have each day. The hosts also set up taxis for us which was so nice, they were incredibly helpful! The jacuzzi is more of a dipping pool as it has a set temperature so we weren’t able to use it so much at night, however it would be nice in the warmer months. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Really friendly staff and helpful and responsive with any queries up to and during the stay. Allowed us to leave our bags after check out and take a shower in communal showers with towels in the evening before our late flight home. Place was really clean and modern and had everything needed. Around 10/15 minute walk to main old town centre or a short taxi. Overall brilliant and would stay again!

So many great things to say about Ocho's apartment in Palma. Besides the great centralized location, the cleanliness, and ease of check in, Ocho went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us. My wife left two of her jackets in the closet and we didn't realize it until we were already in Paris. Luckily, we had some friends staying a nearby hotel still. Ocho helped facilitate transferring the jackets from their airbnb to our friend's hotel via taxi. Their communication and responsiveness was extremely appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a place to call home while in Palma.

Incredible location, great additional amenities and super responsive host. There is a nearby Publix parking lot that makes it easy to get in and out if you have a car and want to avoid the difficulty of traffic limitations throughout downtown Palma. We had a couple minor issues but our host was always friendly and happy to help and otherwise had a lovely stay!! Would highly recommend!!

Relaxing stay in an incredible setting. Everything was as described. There is a restaurant on site. very nice bedding. there are hiking trails near the accommodation.

My family and I had a great stay in Mallorca! The apartment had all we needed for our visit and was in an amazing location. Great view of the ocean and close to restaurants and activities.

The location is great, beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation provides everything that is promised. Communication is super pleasant and easy, the owners are very friendly.

The suite was really very nice and clean. The only thing I noticed was that the decorative pillow covers absolutely must be washed again. They weren't dirty but smelled unpleasant, as did the sofa bed! Otherwise, we felt right at home. The terrace has beautiful sea views. The suite is as shown in the pictures. The staff are really very friendly, we enjoyed it very much. In the kitchen there was everything you needed. We would book the suite again at any time even if we are not Ballermann fans, this place was perfect to prepare for the return flight!

We had a great stay here! The unit was spotless, comfortable, and located in a beautiful tucked-away corridor between two major neighborhood hubs—an ideal spot with easy access to some of the best restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The balcony was perfect for a bit of fresh air in the mornings or reading in the afternoon sun. Great AC and shower as well. The unit is a third-floor walk-up—not an issue for us, but good to note. Would absolutely stay again!

The accommodation is exactly like the pictures. It's a good area to enjoy a few days of vacation.

We had a very pleasant stay. The host gave us a bigger appartement than the one we booked wich was a nice surprise. Clean appartement and reactive host.
