Super nice accommodation!! Highly recommended! Everything nicely furnished and clean! :) There are only 2 "little things": - directly opposite a church, which accordingly rings loudly on a regular basis - Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers by the pool

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and Janna and Christof took great care of us. Would happily do it again!

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

We are a group of eight friends and had a nice time here 🫶🏼 the amenities incl. Hot tub, sauna and pedal boat can be seen - only the missing toilet door at the second toilet downstairs disturbs something

We were 2 families with 4 children and had a wonderful time. The property has plenty of space. The quiet location is great for relaxing and the children love the well-kept play barn. Everything is in great condition and very well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great week at the North Sea with our 3-year-old daughter. The view of the green expanse was wonderfully relaxing and calming. From the port of Bremen to the salt marshes and sandy beach, everything can be reached within an hour (usually less) and it never gets boring. It was a lot of fun. Definitely worth repeating.

Volker is a lovely host and this accommodation is wonderful for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the North Sea - the house offers an incredible amount of space for cozy game nights, delicious cooking experiences and time together on the terrace. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back 🤗

We had a great stay in the Frisian pearl, you feel at home from second 1, everything there, great furniture, beautiful layout, the bathrooms spacious, the surroundings quiet, nothing to complain about. Thank you very much for the hospitality, 5 stars also to Ms. Schoolmann who was always available and there for us. The small garden with table and 6 chairs + pads, as well as a garden hut, also a barbecue, complete the great extended weekend. If it goes back to the coast, we will be happy to come back. See you.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

The accommodation was as described and was very centrally located. I did not use my car during the vacation. Everything was within walking distance: the harbor with the jetty to Spiekeroog and the bus station for exploring other coastal towns. There were also many shops and various restaurants in the port and surrounding area. Ulrich contacted me before my trip and gave me interesting tips for my 4-day short break. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Extremely quiet location, unfortunately relatively bad to start with the bikes, as there is no bike path in the immediate vicinity. The check-in and communication were excellent and very pleasant. The Huuske is totally cozy, for a weekend trip with 2 adults, 2 children and dog completely sufficient. All in all, the price/performance ratio is perfectly okay. There was nothing missing from the amenities.

The house on the lake is a wonderful holiday home – ideal for families with small children! Everything was perfectly equipped, we lacked nothing. The clear, simple design of the facility has created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Our son was thrilled with the numerous toys, the many books and the wonderful garden for playing and romping. Janine was incredibly attentive and was always there to help us with advice and action. Upon arrival, we felt at home with the homemade apple cake - what a warm welcome! The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. We left with a tear in our eye and will definitely come back!

Ulla is a friendly hostess, who is easily accessible, but also gives you your space and privacy. The house is spacious, the garden both in front and back offers a lovely place to be in the sunny weather. The nostalgic Beach Basket is a nice tourist addition.

The house is really nice. The kitchen was well equipped. However, you have to read the instructions you receive carefully, because toilet paper, soap and dish towels are only available as leftovers from the previous tenant. 😉 But the Nordseemarkt (a small Edeka with good facilities) is less than 2 minutes' walk away. Bed linen and towels must either be brought by the guest or rented for a fee. The sauna can also be rented for €10 per day - highly recommended. The workspace in the bedroom leaves nothing to be desired. The monitor is great, very large. Keyboard, mouse and printer are available. The location is also great. You can reach the beach of Nessmersiel in just a few minutes by car. The settlement is a holiday settlement and therefore there are many possibilities to eat something or to rent bicycles. All in all, a nice short trip for the four of us. We will be happy to come back.

A wonderful accommodation that exceeded the description as well as the photos of the offer. We were there with 7 adults, all had generous space and it was just great. The house is so tastefully furnished and thoughtful, functional, cozy, warm and chic .... you can't find it better. The garden is certainly around 1500 square meters, something grows in each, there is a bench, a table, a sandbox, a hammock.... We've been to many accommodations, but this really exceeded our expectations. A very clear recommendation and a heartfelt thank you for these wonderful days!

We felt very comfortable. The house has something embracing and yet offers enough space. One could say that the love of detail makes everything very lively. Everything very well and clean. Very comfortable, functional and well-equipped house in which you can feel at home. The parking space in front of the house is very nice, as is the garden hut to store bicycles or other bulky ones. Thanks to Nadine for her responsiveness and kindness during our interactions.

We had a wonderful time at the place! As a close group of eight friends, we particularly enjoyed the cozy terrace and the beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing and sitting together. Jetty was super warm, always available and supported us quickly and helpfully in everything. The house was very clean, the kitchen spacious and well equipped – ideal for cooking and eating together. Although the bathroom was a bit small for eight people, that didn't bother us much. The immediate surroundings were rather quiet, but thanks to the bicycles we were allowed to use, we were able to explore the area. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend the place at any time!

We had a lovely stay at the cozy and very well maintained house of Jörg and Sarah. The house looks exactly like the pictures and is really well equipped, especially the kitchen - we lacked nothing. The bathrooms were very modern, in general the house was very already furnished. The location was very nice and quiet, with a view of a field we could see rabbits, ducks and pheasants that especially liked our little son. We felt very comfortable and the communication from Jörg and Sarah was always friendly and accommodating. From the cottage you can quickly get to the harbor, as well as to the beach. We did everything on foot and were lucky with the sunny weather. Our first holiday with baby was very nice. We will be very happy to come back again, the Carolinensiel, as well as the house of Jörg and Sarah.
