The apartment is very cozy and stylishly furnished, and the garden is well maintained with many beautiful seating areas. The location is very quiet - but you need a car for all activities.

Beautiful old building apartment centrally and at the same time idyllically located on the canal and adjacent city park. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We were in Pampa Musa for the second time and were not disappointed again. It is a townhouse, the Pampa Musa is directly the first. As always, everything was tip top - beds were made and towels were ready. The house is ideal for two people and very cleverly furnished. There is a large couch where you can comfortably read, knit or watch TV. The kitchen is quite large and equipped with everything you could wish for - including a popcorn pot ;-). Jürgen is a friendly, courteous and relaxed host who always responds very promptly. We can recommend the Pampa Musa without reservation!

An absolutely magical place! I felt like I was in another world – quiet, slow down and just beautiful. The surroundings by the lake are fantastic, perfect for switching off and refueling. The place was lovingly decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need. You can feel how much heart is in every detail. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. More than recommended – I will definitely be back!

Beautiful days in a beautiful accommodation. It was perfect (except for the weather😅). We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake exactly as described. Comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable. We really liked the proximity to the beach and the tranquility in the house. The apartment offers everything you need for a stay. Very tastefully and cozy. Even dog bowls were available. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

My little daughter, sister and I stayed at Felix's place in mid-March. Check-in was very straightforward and Felix was always available for questions. When we came in, we felt very comfortable, everything we needed was there, the child had plenty of space to walk around and the terrace looked very inviting (even if it was still a bit too cold to sit outside). Due to the central yet quiet location, we were able to do all our activities even without a car, bakery and supermarket were easily accessible, the old town of Leer was also within walking distance. All in all a great apartment with lots of amenities and enough space, ideally located to start excursions and explorations.

Everything was as described. Sonja was easily accessible and we were even able to check in before the official check-in time. For 2 people (with small child) the apartment is perfect. Bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. We did not use the outdoor seating. Everything was within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, bike rental, beach, restaurants). We felt comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place.

We felt very comfortable. The house has something embracing and yet offers enough space. One could say that the love of detail makes everything very lively. Everything very well and clean. The cottage has everything you need, the garden is very idyllically located directly on the lake. Be sure to book the hot tub and enjoy the view from there on the lake! The communication was great. Thank you for the good time we were able to spend here!

Everything was great, we had a good time despite the rainy weather. We felt very comfortable with 8 adults plus a toddler. The equipment is sufficient and well thought out for self-catering. Thanks so much

Our family felt very comfortable from the beginning. Check-in went smoothly, and a code makes it easy to get into the house. The house is new and has a great garden. Inside, a little attention from the hostess was already waiting for us, which we were very much looking forward to. The amenities are excellent and very modern. Highlights are the gas oven with remote control as well as the modern kitchen. The kitchen invites you to cook and is fully equipped – we lacked nothing. Daily products are also available. The clean bathrooms are generously sized and also very well appointed. We enjoyed our vacation very much. We will be happy to come back. We had a very nice stay in the beautiful holiday home. The boat trips directly from the house to the big sea were particularly beautiful. The house was very clean and you felt comfortable right away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, especially if one wants to discover the main sights and museums of Willhelmshaven.

We stayed at Dustin's place for a week and had a great time. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. A perfect place if you like riding your bike. You can get just to about everywhere within 30 min by bike. We sure would love to come back.

Very nice apartment, especially the location on the lake, which you have a great view of the balcony, is great. The apartment keeps what it promises: it is clean and well maintained, nicely and cozily furnished, everything needed is available. In advance, we were well informed about everything and quickly found our way around with check-in and all conditions in the apartment. Secure bicycle parking spaces are provided. Christine and Stephan are very nice, the atmosphere is easy and straightforward. Overall highly recommended!

Top location by the sea and cleaner apartment. However, the house looks a little daunting thanks to the current renovation. Fortunately, the apartment is the exact opposite.
