It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie. In the heart of Djursland, the prairie wagon is high up in the sky and overlooks the steppe. The prairie is quiet and is located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three coasts and beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like, there is the option of a sauna and a wilderness bath (to be purchased) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on the premises but otherwise keep a respectful distance. In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful view of both fields and forest. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and wood in the wood stove. You must therefore hold back a little on consumption - in return you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
