It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The vacation home has a washing machine. Dryer. It is 900 meters to the sea. Swing. Soccer goal. BBQ. Bring sheets, linens, towels. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited

A simple and small, but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, halfway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction hobs. The refrigerator is in the shed adjacent to the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single person beds, double bed 140cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
