Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

Here is not much luxury and not so much space, on the other hand, it is cozy and orderly - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many delights. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and zoo almost in the backyard. Nice dog is welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two lovely dogs of our own. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Moderniseret sommerhus med 3 værelser med plads til op til 6 personer. Sommerhuset er beliggende med kort afstand til en meget børnevenlig strand. Sommerhuset er allergivenlig - der er derfor ikke adgang for husdyr. Sommerhuset udlejes ikke til unge grupper. Lejer medbringer selv sengelinned og håndklæder ellers kan dette lejes for 75kr/10 euro pr. person.
