It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. You live in an energy self-sufficient passive house built in 2015. The energy comes only from the sun in the summer. Arrival also by bus from Hamburg Wandsbek directly to Ratzeburg or with the Hamburg public transport network local transport via Büchen/Mölln with wide-area ticket ABCDE. Alternatively, regional train from Kiel via Lübeck to Ratzeburg. The bus stops 3 min walk at the retirement home.
