House holiday rentals in Norg

We were there in June, four of us – despite the rain and colder temperatures, we were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the sauna and the heated pool, which was our highlight! We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is really great – we can only recommend it and will definitely come back. The adjacent forest is great for walking and Groningen and Leeuwarden are each just under 30 minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and Janna and Christof took great care of us. Would happily do it again!

We had two beautiful days at the house. It is quiet. There are also two supermarkets in the village. There is a lot to do in the region. But the house also invites you to linger. Both saunas were really great. We'll be sure to recommend

With a group of friends of 5 people, we stayed three nights in this AirBnB on a small-scale park. There were few other guests in the park, so we could enjoy the nice jacuzzi and garden. Unfortunately, for the (unheated) pool, the temperature outside was just a bit too cold. Inside is a lot of space, the cottage is much larger in terms of seating space than for 5-6 people. The beds (a total of 6 sleeping places) were excellent. With two refrigerators, six burners (gas stove) and a spacious dishwasher, the kitchen was also great, although unfortunately there was no towel or tea towel available to dry the hands and small dishes. It is also nice that there are two toilets (one of which is separate), but the door to the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked and does not close completely. Arrival is fine, with some information from the host in advance via the app and on site instructions to get to the right cottage at the small bungalow park. All in all a great stay in a nice area!

We had a great time in this beautiful cottage in the countryside. The welcome was very warm, the cottage was clean and very characterful. We completely relaxed and the jacuzzi was great. We expected the pool to be open, but in the end we had a great time swimming in the Canada lake and with long walks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful nature and tranquility.

Just a wonderful week behind us in this cottage. Wonderful surroundings by the water. Quite private in terms of neighbors, but quite a few boats that pass by. The teenagers enjoyed themselves with the canoe, the weather was really a gift this week. Super nice that there are screens for everything, slept wonderfully with windows open. Everything has been thought of, in terms of kitchen furnishings but also in terms of amenities such as washing machine, extra blankets, etc. Tip: if you are here, take the pound to the other side (bring cash) to explore the village but especially to sit by the water on the terrace. The only thing we regretted is that we actually wanted to rent a boat but were late with that. Furthermore, it is a wonderful environment where you can discover nature (all the feans) but also Burgum and Dokkum are recommended. In short: super successful vacation and nice cottage!

We (my girlfriend, 1.5-year-old daughter and I) had a great stay. Spacious cottage with beautiful large windows through which lots of light comes in. Beautiful outdoor set with green egg BBQ and a wonderful jacuzzi for when the little one was in bed. The park itself is very tidy with plenty of space between the camping spots. The cottages were not all finished/in use yet but ours was right next to the playground which was great with our daughter. The jacuzzi has poles around it, so you can sit there privately, but if the other cottages are put into use, you could still use some shelter. There is much to do in the area. Assen and Groningen are a short drive away. The village has the necessary restaurants and you can walk and cycle nearby. In short, we had a wonderful May vacation. Recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend with our son (8) in Johannes' cottage. What attention has been paid to the construction and furnishing of this cottage, wonderfully how many details Johannes has managed to add, we recognized objects that our grandmother used to cook with or that were in her kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the cottage is equipped with every comfort. Bicycles are available, but you can also go many ways from here by car. We hope to come back again to see more of the area.

Only one night, but full of impressions. Rysum welcomed us with its quiet beauty, and the "Alte Bäckerei" was a very special place to arrive and feel good. Furnished with a lot of love and a lot of taste, the listed house radiates a warm, honest atmosphere - you can feel its history. And for me as a person trained in the craft, I particularly liked the artistic master's certificate of the former resident, when I compare it with my dry journeyman's certificate (but also almost 100 years later). Thank you for this little break in a great place and a great village.

Diana was very friendly and gave us many helpful tips. We liked the apartment very much and it was stylishly furnished. The location is close to the center and the furnishings corresponded completely to the description and had a high standard. We would come back here anytime.

The location of the house is really stunning: right by a small bridge on the river, in the middle of picturesque Winsum. The house is spacious, bright and very lovingly furnished, kitchen and bathroom are quite new. We immediately felt at home. The beds are very comfortable, at night it is completely quiet in the neighborhood. It has a terrace towards the river, but unfortunately we could not use it because of the weather. You can turn on the heating if it gets too cold, which we liked to use. Since the house is located in the pedestrian zone on the small shopping street, it has no parking space, but there are plenty of public and free parking spaces 1-2 minutes away on foot. Winsum is a small but very beautiful place with a surprisingly rich and lively little shopping street. There is even a well-stocked supermarket a few minutes' walk away. If you are looking for a comfortable starting point for activities in the north, then the house is perfect.

The stay at Robert's place was great! The large living room with kitchen is superbly equipped and the garden is beautifully green and quiet. You are right on the campsite and can also visit a nice café there or walk to the nearby lake. Perfect for an extended weekend with 4 people + dog

Great house, lovingly furnished and optimal location near the center. Good restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We thought that we were short of coffee beans, made contact and within a very short time a young man was standing at the door with the beans. Great service.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful house. The garden in particular was really enjoyable. There are nice places to sit in the sun everywhere. Our three-year-old daughter also had a wonderful time, around the house and in the playground around the park. Also nice that the communication always went smoothly!

We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week in this fantastically beautiful holiday home! Together with friends, our children and their children, we were able to enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest. The house is very tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and leaves nothing to be desired – you immediately feel comfortable. The surroundings are idyllic and perfect for families: the children were allowed to visit sheep and move freely on the adjacent pasture. They were also particularly enthusiastic about the orchard, where we were allowed to pick to our heart's content. There is a cozy restaurant nearby, fresh honey from their own beekeeper and eggs from the chickens right on site - simply wonderful! The hostess was very friendly, spoke very good German and was particularly warm in dealing with the children. We felt completely welcome and can recommend this place without reservation.

A very friendly welcome in a beautiful quiet Frisian place. Living in a well-kept old Frisian house, close to the water, has I liked it very much. If you are looking for relaxation, you are in good hands in Grou.

A beautiful cottage on the Dokkumer Ee. The opportunity to ride canoes and SUPs - right in front of the living room - is great. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Hagar is even more perfect! A super nice hostess, always explaining things, very helpful.

We spent a few days in BijAnderen and had a great time. We were looking somewhere comfortable , quiet, peaceful in the countryside and close to cycle routes. All the boxes were well ticked. Saskia is responsive and helpful host and her holiday home is cosy and has everything you might need. The Drentsche. National park and the Balloerveld are beautiful landscapes to explore on the bike or hike. Highly recommend the food in the Hotel in Anderen.
